We had a dry January and Fe-BREW-uary so we are ready to get back to cocktails for Thirsty. Especially ones that say spring (even if we’ve had crazy weird weather in New York) so we are going to put the focus on fun, fruity, easy to drink cocktails. Our first pick? This easy to make tipple we found on our favorite food blog The Kitchn
It is a lovely, fruity drink that can be made up by the pitcher full. It can even be made up the night before, ready to go when guests arrive. Just in case after a long winter you feel like entertaining.
1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate (keep it simple right?)
8 basil leaves
2 to 2 1/2 cups tequila (gold or silver)
Mix it all up and serve
